Next week is going to be very busy. In math, students will continue to study decimals, and in science they will continue to study the weather. During social studies, students will learn about the Battle of the Alamo. In reading, we will continue to read folktales and discuss the plot. During writing, we will still be working on personal narratives. Homework next week will follow the usual pattern. Please remember that there is no school on Monday, January 20th. Also, our Inner Space Caverns Field Trip is next Thursday, January 23rd. Please make sure your child wears comfortable walking shoes. One last thing...Our Kiss-O-Gram Fundraiser is right around the corner. In order to make this successful, we need donations of Hershey Kisses (no nuts) and small plastic sandwich bags.
