I can't believe we only have four weeks of school left. They will all be very busy. Next week in math, students will learn how to measure angles. During science, they will learn about ecosystems, food chains, and food webs. In socials studies, students will study the growth and development of Texas. During language arts, we will continue to read and write persuasive texts. We will also continue our novel, Island of the Blue Dolphins. Please don't forget that the Spring Book Fair is next week and Family Night/Literacy Night is Tuesday from 5:30-7:00. All students who attend Literacy Night will receive a FREE book! Also, next Wednesday is Early Release and Friday is Field Day. Homework next week will follow the usual pattern. As always, feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
